Meet The Members
Ashley Medeiros
Ashley Medeiros is the newest member of the Keel Construction and Keel & Till Inc. team. She joins us with 8 years of experience in Marketing and Management, and has jumped right in as our Office Manager. Ashley moved to Auburn in the year 2000 and attended Auburn High School and Auburn University. She currently lives in Auburn with her husband, Alex, and her son, Cason. Being from the area, Ashley has spent a lot of time at Lake Martin. Since joining the Keel/Keel & Till team, she has enjoyed learning the Lake Martin area even better and watching lots transform into beautiful lake homes.
Outside of work, you can find Ashley spending time with her family outdoors and working on her home with her husband.
Caroline Mullenholz
Numbers guru Caroline Mullenholz has been working as the bookkeeping and financial assistant at Keel & Till since 2014. With a bachelor's in business (finance) from Auburn and business education from the University of Maryland, Caroline worked as a high school teacher and as the financial director of a PGA tour event before coming to Keel & Till. Her favorite part of the job is working as a team toward a common goal: to create happy customers. Caroline loves to travel and is an avid sports fan.
Mike Keel
After working with his father’s construction company, Mike Keel opened his own operation more than 26 years ago. He specializes in custom home builds, has a passion for woodworking and carpentry. As owner and president of Keel Construction, Mike enjoys working with clients and giving them a project they enjoy. “I like to be a friend at the end,” he says. When not working, Mike enjoys fishing, riding mountain bikes, snow skiing, and spending time with his family. Together with his wife, Holly, realtor with Remax Around the Lake, they have six children.
April Couto
As foreman and on-site project manager, it's April Couto's job to serve as a liaison between clients and subcontractors. She enjoys building relationships with customers to create a trust they can depend on. In fact, it's her favorite part of the job! April works on the job site every day and has been with Keel & Till since 2016. Her top priority is to ensure that all of the clients' needs have been met, including any added wants or ideas. She said she loves seeing each project come to a close and the excitement as clients see their ideas come to life. April lives with her husband, Chris. She enjoys building furniture, going boating, and raising her dogs.
